Would it be too easy to write "why not"?
I suppose it would be. Arrogance, sheer arrogance, on the lizard's part thats why i love them. However small or diminutive
this species may be in comparison to a human this does nothing to deflate the species' courage. When faced by a predator or
watchful human the response is invariably the same. Open mouth gape, gulps of air to inflate and deflate the trunk and surprisingly
loud barks aid to disturb the attacker/keeper.

At this stage i have never kept nor produced a captive bred Tokay Gecko. I have 16 experience with many other species
of reptile including various breeding sucesses. I hear that the captive bred babies of this species can be totally tamed.
As one of the largest 'classic' geckos the idea of a 14-15" adult male 'tame' Tokay gecko on my arm and being able to stroke
its chin or head is most attractive to me.
